Absolute beautiful owners, having a medical condition that can be hard to travel with and needing something in our room too help. The owners went out of their way to accommodate that need. I've never had that happen staying in a motel. They were more then happy to help and were really beautiful people. The beds were so so comfy, got such a good night sleep finally nice to get a good bed when staying somewhere as well as a good shower. Had lots to watch on TV. The rooms were spotless the set up great and nice and quiet. This will now be our regular motel we stay in on our altina wildlife tour adventures. Can't wait to come back in September and stay.

Liked · Pet friendly motel, nicely located in the centre of Narrandera. The rooms were nice and big enough to put in a small couch - much appreciated.
Disliked · The parking situation was a bit more tricky than in other motels. We could not park our car close to the room. The parking area felt a bit improvised. No big deal, after all, though.

After arriving in Narrandera I booked in and the was greeted by the owner who was a delight to deal with. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable and I felt right at home.
With the local straight over the road I couldn’t ask for any better. Highly recommended for all travellers

Beautiful accommodation. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Not new, but very well kept. Service was excellent. Carrol-Lyn on reception was absolutely amazing!! We were travelling 6 hours there both times we stayed, and she was so accommodating. She stayed back and helped us all get in and comfortable in our rooms, including my MIL who had limited mobility. She didn't just check us in, she made us feel welcome and answered every question with a friendly smile. In addition, when we left, my son realised he had left an item in the room (we live in Sydney, 6 hours away). The manager brought it to us when he was next on Sydney. Unexpected but very appreciated, above and beyond with service. Pool was excellently maintained, which my kids loved. Small town motel, very affordable, Would recommend.

This is a beautiful budget place. Impeccably clean, kind and helpful hostess (Carolynn) and very comfortable rooms with fresh crisp sheets, mini fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and spare woolen blankets in the cupboard.
Perfect if you want simple and affordable.
It’s walking distance to food shops and cafes and will be my preferred choice of accommodation on my yearly visit to Narrandera.
There is a pool but we didn’t use it. The restaurant is currently closed but food is within walking distance.

Wasn’t expecting such nice place to stay in an amazing value. Everyone in our group loved the rooms. Just one night stay, why spend loads. U can sleep in peace and great service. U can even check in late.

I had a wonderful stay at gateway motel.
Staff are kind and genuine especially Caroline.
And it's away from highway if you're looking for a good night sleep

My room was perfect, very quiet once worker-guests went to bed, thankfully early.
Shower was brilliant! Bed comfortable, had a good sleep.

The booking was easy and the communication with the hotel was great. We were arriving late and leaving early and all the instructions were great.

Great little Motel where we stayed on the way to the Elvis festival at Parkes. Room was clean and the staff were excellent. Recommend.
